An in-house team and external providers provide care at home services. This process is to recommission the external care at home services.
This process is important because it decides what care at home services will do, and how they will work over the coming years. The Health and Social Care Partnership must undertake this process by law.
The first part of this process is to find out:
- what matters most about care at home services
- how care at home services currently promote and protect human rights
- and how future services could better promote and protect human rights.
