We work with:
• People with disabilities or health conditions
• People with barriers to employment
• People with convictions
• Lone parents
• Ethnic minorities
• People from areas of multiple deprivation.

We deliver Fair Start Scotland, a flexible employment service for people across Scotland. This is funded by the Scottish Government.

 

We offer a full support package that will meet individual needs in a wide range of areas. These include:
• Development (such as confidence building, etc)
• Health and wellbeing
• Vocational profiling
• Occupational psychology.

Our employability services include:
• CV prep
• Job search
• Application techniques
• Action planning

These services are all tailored to the needs of the participant.

We offer in-work support, advice to employers on reasonable adjustments and Access to work.

We have a dedicated employer services team who talk to employers across Scotland, so we can offer wide range of jobs.

Direct referrals are mostly from Job Centre Plus, but referrals can be made from any third party organisation.
We also accept self-referrals, providing that the individual meets our criteria. This will be checked by a member of our staff.
