Queen Margaret University’s Outreach and Community Engagement (OCE) team organise, manage and coordinate QMU’s extensive Outreach Programme throughout Midlothian.

We aim to make every person we work with believe that University is within their grasp and support them to make a considered and informed decision about their future.

We offer alternative routes to access university education, including:
• Community-based adult learning programmes
• Associate student courses in partnerships with Newbattle Abbey College and Edinburgh College
• A range of additional opportunities for young and adult learners.

• Direct contact to Head of Outreach and Community
• Referral from partner organisations.
