Consultations - Survey: Waste Services standards

Feedback from this survey will be reported to Members in late 2021 and will be used to create a draft proposal for the Service Standards for your waste collection service. It will also help determine how we collect your waste/recycling in the future.

Waste and recycling collection is one of the few council services that all residents receive every week.

To monitor and improve our service, we plan to introduce a new set of service standards to which you can hold us to account.

We also plan to change the existing services so we can:

• meet Scottish Government recycling targets
• comply with the Household Recycling Charter for Scotland.

We want to know what you think these changes should be.
