Lothian Freestyle Academy (LFA) is a freestyle club offering weekly Freestyle Training throughout the year.

LFA trainees must be a member of LSR to attend LFA training

Participants must be able to competently control their speed and turn from the top of Hillend (minimum level 5)

Helmets and back protectors are mandatory
