Summary
Fill it in and you will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three £50 gift vouchers to use at a registered childcare service or a local supermarket.

We want to know more about the quality of nursery and childcare places. Are there enough places? How accessible are they?
The aim is to improve services and also to address any potential gaps or concerns about early learning within Midlothian.
Some children will be bringing home a paper version of the survey that we are circulating to Nursery, Primary 1, 3 and 7 classes.
