How to pay fees

These are the ways to pay for building warrant applications and other services.

On the eBuilding Standards portal (for electronic submissions only):

Electronic applications can be paid for using debit or credit card payments during submission on the eBuilding Standards portal.

By telephone (for paper and electronic submissions):

For debit or credit card payments, call us any working day.

Opening times:

• Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00
• Friday: 09:00 - 15:30

By post (for paper submissions only) to:

Please submit the fee as a cheque only (payable to Midlothian Council), along with your application. A receipt will be issued.

In person (for paper submissions only) at:
