NEC is a smartcard that offers people living in Scotland access to national concessions, entitlements and a range of local services. These include:

Depending on your circumstances you can apply for:

• 60+ concessionary travel
• Young Persons’ Free Bus Travel Scheme / Young Scot Card
• Disabled concessionary travel
• National Entitlement Card without free bus travel
• Replacement or renewal
