Join a Peep session today
Peep can support children’s learning by simply talking, singing, sharing books and playing together. Standard Peep groups are for families with babies from birth and toddlers up to two years old. They offer free one hour weekly sessions for parents and carers to attend with their children to support their child’s learning and development.
Weeky sessions running now
Weekly Peep sessions are currently running across Midlothian from local libraries, offering songs, rhymes, stories, fun activities and an opportunity to chat to other families.
Peep online
This term the Peep team are also running a weekly online Peep group in a relaxed supportive environment for families feeling isolated. Peep can make a real difference to parents and carers mood and feelings of loneliness.
Peep Progression Pathway
Peep are running a free 12 week course for parents with children from birth to 4 years old focusing around supporting your child's communication and language development through everyday experiences and play. Parents attend this course with their child. It follows the same structure as a standard Peep group but with the added opportunity to create a keepsake book for your child, recording their learning and development.
Peep to Be
Peep to be is a free three week course of weekly one hour groups for expectant parents. Suitable for women in their 28th week plus of pregnancy. Partners and Dads to be are also welcome to attend with or without their pregnant partner.
