Tree Removal at Strawberry Bank, Dalkeith

Essential works will be carried out at the rear of Strawberry Bank in Dalkeith in the early hours of Saturday morning (7 September).

Removal of trees

This is to remove a number of trees that are overhanging the railway line. These works will run between the hours of 12.30am - 7.30am and will involve the use of machinery, which will cause some noise disturbance.

Overnight work for safety reasons

This work has to be carried out overnight, for safety reasons and also to avoid rail passenger disruption.
