Woodburn Road to close for resurfacing

Woodburn Road, Dalkeith from the junction with the A6106 (Newmills Road) through to Gibson Drive, will be closed from Monday 28 October.

Road repairs

This is for resurfacing work that will take a maximum of six weeks. 

Vehicles diverted

A diversion will be in place along James Lean Avenue, Gibson Drive, Salters Road, Woodburn Park, Woodburn Avenue and vice versa.

Temporary bus route

The diversion route for buses will be via A6106 Lauder Road and C47 Cowden Road until it meets its usual route. A picture of the route is below.

Pedestrians

Pedestrian access will be maintained.
