Snow forecast on Sunday

With two Yellow Met Office weather warnings in place covering most of the weekend in Midlothian, gritters will be out round the clock.

Ice and snow

A warning for ice is in place from 4pm today (Friday) until 10am tomorrow (Saturday). The Met Office has also issued a Yellow warning for snow in Midlothian from 00:00 on Sunday morning until mid-day on Monday.

Priority routes

We're expecting snowfalls of up to 5cms plus across much of Midlothian on Sunday. .
