Statement on Midlothian's housing service 

The City of Edinburgh Council has temporarily paused advertising council homes on EdIndex, the online platform for social housing applications, to prioritise properties for individuals in non-compliant temporary accommodation.

Changes to the CEC housing service do not affect applicants to Midlothian Council, which operates it own common housing register, together with Melville Housing.
