Report a missed bin collection

Either:

• select 'Begin this form' (below). You don't need to sign in, as long as you complete each page in less than 10 minutes.

Before you begin

• Check our service updates - severe weather or strike action may affect collection. 
• Check your collection day

Missed bins - grey bin, blue bin or brown bin

If your bin has not been tagged and was not emptied by 3pm on your scheduled collection day:

• Let us know using this form by 5pm on the next working day
• Leave your bin at your designated collection point 

We will check crew reports and the vehicle tracker and vehicle CCTV to verify your claim.

If your bin was presented correctly and we did not empty it, we aim to return to empty it within 5 working days.

Glass and food waste containers

If your containers were not emptied:

• Return them to your property.
• Let us know by 5pm on the next working day

We will return on your next scheduled collection date.
