Pest control
The pest control service is available to all domestic premises in Midlothian.
- For Midlothian Council house tenants, the service is free.
- For private sector properties or Housing Association tenants, the service is chargeable. Payment must be in advance.

Important
- We will retain a charge of £35.00 where we cannot contact you, or where you've not kept prearranged appointments.
- No refunds once treatment has begun.
To receive a refund
You must cancel the job before 12 noon on the previous working day to your appointment, and before the first site visit. Use the contact information below.
You cannot get a refund once a treatment has started.
We do not treat:
- Ants
- Badgers – badgers are protected
- Bats – all bats are protected
- Bees
- Birds
- Feral cats
- Foxes
- Garden pests – only use an approved horticultural product.
- Gulls
- Moles
- Pigeons
- Rabbits
- Spiders
- Squirrels – red squirrels are protected
- Woodworm – if found or suspected, contact an approved contractor for advice.
