We do not charge tenants for this service.

We are currently unable to accept private sector pest control requests.

  • £30.00 - each additional bedroom

  • £65.00 - 1st nest
  • £16.25 - each additional nest treated at same visit

Mice or rats
  • £162.50 - up to 3 site visits
  • £44.00 - each additional visit if needed
Survey of domestic garden of
Mice or rats
  • £44.00
Pest control visit if treatment is booked but after onsite survey is not needed. 
  • £44.00 of fee retained. The rest will be refunded.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • No refunds once treatment has begun or if you do not keep pre-arranged appointments. 
  • Full refund in you cancel the job before 12 noon on the previous working day to your appointment, and before the first site visit. If not £35.00 will be retained.

We do not treat:

  • Ants
  • Badgers – badgers are protected
  • Bats – all bats are protected
  • Bees
  • Birds
  • Feral cats
  • Foxes
  • Garden pests – only use an approved horticultural product.
  • Gulls
  • Moles
  • Pigeons 
  • Rabbits
  • Spiders
  • Squirrels – red squirrels are protected
  • Woodworm – if found or suspected, contact an approved contractor for advice.
