Download the Brompton Bike Hire app to rent one of eight foldaway bikes stored in lockers at Sheriffhall Park & Ride, Old Dalkeith Road, Dalkeith EH22 1FD.
Cost
The cost is £5 for 24 hours and you can hire a bike for up to 60 days.
Returns
The bikes can be returned back to the lockers at Shawfair or to any of Brompton’s 80 sites throughout the UK, including two in East Lothian.
Funding
The lockers have been delivered by SEStran with Transport Scotland funding.
