ToneZone gym and reception

• Monday to Thursday: 06:30 - 21:00
• Friday: 06:30 - 20:00
• Saturday / Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00

• Due to an unforeseen maintenance issue, the spa pool in the hydrotherapy suite is closed until further notice. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will update customers on when it will be fixed just as soon as we can.

Planned pool closures

The pool, health suite and pool changing will be closed on the following dates due to the Lasswade Centre hosting Scottish Swimming events.

• Saturday 30 November * and Sunday 1 December

* Saturday swimming lessons and Aquafit will still run as normal.

The sauna will be closed on the following dates for essental maintenace.

• Monday the 2nd of December until Monday the 9th of December

* The steam room will remain open.

TeenZone users

• You must have had a gym induction, and must attend with an adult.
• A member of staff will be there to help. 
• Dedicated TeenZone gym sessions - Monday - Thursday 15:30-16:30 and Friday 12:30-13:30

For health reasons, we have restrictions on ToneZone and Health Suite use by under 16s. Please contact the centre for more information.
