- All exercise to music classes have been cancelled from Tuesday the 2nd of July (afternoon) until Saturday the 6th of July. Excluding Aquafit
- The ToneZone fitness suite will be closed all day on Thursday the 4th of July
- The swimming pool and health suite will close at 6pm on Thursday the 4th of July

Our ToneZone has a very good range of wheelchair-friendly equipment.

You must have had a gym induction, and must attend with an adult.
A member of staff will be there to help.
Dedicated TeenZone gym sessions - Monday + Wednesday 15:30-16:30 and Friday 12:30-13:30

For health reasons, we have restrictions on ToneZone and Health Suite use by under 16s. Please contact the centre for more information.
