- Monday to Thursday: 06:30 - 21:00
- Friday: 06:30 - 20:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00

GENERAL ELECTION
All exercise to music classes have been cancelled between Wed 03/07/24 - Fri 05/07/24 due to the dance studios being used for polling stations. The gym and swimming pool remain open, please see pool timetable for more information.

Teenzone
For health reasons, we have restrictions on Tonezone and Health Suite use by under 16s. Please contact the centre for more information.
Teenzone sessions for the gym are on the following days and times-
- Tuesdays 15:30-17:00
- Wednesdays 15:30-17:00
- Thursdays 15:30-17:00
Teenzone users can attend these sessions unaccompanied. Any use outwith these sessions users must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.
