Delivering healthcare and support in Midlothian
The Midlothian Integration Joint Board plans and directs some health and social care services for the people of Midlothian to help you live well and get support when you need it - from care homes to care at home, primary care to telecare, voluntary organisations to vaccinations.
We are a planning and decision-making body created by Midlothian Council and NHS Lothian. We work in partnership with many voluntary and independent providers.
Our vision is that everyone in Midlothian leads longer and healthier lives. We aim to provide the right care, in the right place and at the right time to support people to do this.
New members of the Board
We are looking for people to join the Board. We are looking for people who live in Midlothian who understand the issues affecting health and social care services – either through their own experience of using services, as a carer or as a representative of a community group.
