Bulky uplifts
Changes to bulky waste collections
Waste & Recycling Services have made a change to the way we collect furniture and other bulky household waste at the kerbside.
These changes allow us to:
- Collect waste in a way which makes it easier to recycle
- Meet new regulations which mean we need to collect upholstered seating separately from other bulky waste
- More closely cover the costs associated with the collection and disposal of your waste
- Operate collection routes more efficiently
