• Third sector organisations
• Midlothian Counci
• Local chamber of commerce
• Land owners
• Midlothian Energy Ltd

National Planning Framework 4 (NPF4) was published on 13 February 2023 and sets out principles, regional priorities, national developments and national planning policy. It has a real focus and drive on the climate crisis, sustainability and biodiversity.
